The project is being implemented jointly with a technology partner, the South Korean company SAC Co. SAC Co. has a wealth of experience in the ferroalloy industry and has established itself as a leader in the industry.

MAIN INDICATORS OF THE PROJECT
The production facility is a workshop where 8 furnaces 33MVA each are planning to be installed
The implementation of the project will create more than 800 work places, which will increase employment and the socio-economic component of the region.
The plant is designed in accordance with international environmental requirements.
The ferroalloy plant will be located near GRES-1 of Ekibastuz city, Pavlodar region. The commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for 2026.
The main manufactured products are Ferrosilicon-75. The technological feature of the furnace will allow producing various types of ferroalloys, such as ferromanganese (FeMn) and silicomanganese (SiMn).
The plant was designed taking into account modern industry trends. Features a high level of automation, productivity and security.
The creation of new jobs with a high level of competencies in the metallurgical industry will increase the socio-economic stability in the region and support for the development of single-industry towns.
The launch of the ferroalloy plant will significantly increase the export potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main sales markets will be such countries as: South Korea, North America, Japan and the countries of the European Union.
The construction project of the Ferroalloy Plant is in line with the state strategy for the development of the industry and will significantly increase the volume of production in the processing industry.
